No.3 Planning Institute

After 15 year’s struggle, the institute becomes a full-blown and red-blooded design team. It is composed of low carbon ecology research center and Guizhou branch.
Characteristics of Department

Planning third institute adheres to the working attitude of “highly responsible for project and make sure the project is completed on time and with full quality”. An idea of "integrated planning" is explored; it takes regional spatial planning and overall planning as leading points, central issue including universe, ecology, informatization, etc. as kernel. It provides "integrated and comprehensive" technical advisory service for owners through integrating several types of work, such as planning, architecture, landscape and civicism. This actualizes the extension from planning compilation to implementation planning. Furthermore, it has established the management policy of “rooting in Guangdong and to serve the whole country”, and also the professional development direction of being oriented to planning implementation and innovating product types.
Key Project Types

The project types not only include the conventional statutory planning such as planning at all levels which includes master plan, regulatory plan, constructive plan and urban design, all level of professional planning which includes historical and cultural preservation plan, landscape tourism plan, public service facilities plan, surrounding area of subway station plan and so on, but also form types of innovation plan like “universe space master plan, city and county village plan, low carbon ecological plan, sponge city, integration of multi regulations and informatization” through research current topics like “new-type urbanization, regional spatial plan, green low-carbon, sponge city and integration of multi regulations”
